Welcome to Preston Hollow
Serene, friendly North Dallas gem filled with local businesses and dedicated to maintaining neighborhood appeal.
While a plenitude of magnificent estates and a reputation as an enclave for the affluent have elevated Preston Hollow into one of Dallas’ most popular neighborhoods, its tree-lined streets and local shopping centers have established its charming, residential personality.
Known for its peaceful atmosphere and convenient, central location, Preston Hollow mixes the warmth of Southern hospitality and small-town appeal with access to the bustle of Dallas and plenty of impressive homes. Development of Preston Hollow began in the late 1850s, and notable residents have included President George W. Bush and his wife, Laura, as well as Ross Perot, business magnates, and sports professionals.
The residential real estate in Preston Hollow consists primarily of single-family executive homes, with some spectacular mansions and gorgeous estate properties in the mix. Reflections of older eras are visible in the diversity of architecture, though many homes are newer-built masterpieces that vary in style from sweeping brick estates to immaculate contemporary and Tudor-inspired stone abodes.
